Center Planning

Local Mental Health Authorities are required to submit two planning documents: the Consolidated Local Service Plan (CLSP) and the Local Provider Network Development Plan (LPND Plan). The CLSP is a formal document that communicates service priorities and plans to various audiences including DSHS, consumer and constituency groups, private behavioral health providers, the LMHA’s employees, and the general public. It describes the array of local services and how the local service delivery system will respond to crisis situations and divert individuals from the criminal justice system and emergency rooms.

The LPND Plan describes who is providing services and how the LMHA will assemble and maintain a network of providers.
